Meet Our Staff
Luke Searles started Luke Searles Plumbing, Inc. in 1995 after he decided to venture on his own with his Master Plumbing License in Cortland County following years of working for other companies in the Syracuse area. Throughout the years, he created a growing company that prided itself on being an honest business that will always do right by its customers. Luke passed away in 2016, and to this day we are still a family run company who shares his same values and work ethic the community knows and trusts.
Brian is the owner of Luke Searles Plumbing, Inc. along with his wife Erika. Brian started in the plumbing trade 22 years ago under Luke back in 2001.
Brian has spent time working for other companies learning the commercial aspect of the plumbing trade as well. In 2016, he earned his Master Plumbing License in Cortland County and stepped into the role as owner and operator when Luke passed away.
Brian pays tribute to the past and is always charitable to the community. To this day, you will find Brian going above and beyond for his customers and you may even see him skipping a day or two to play a round of golf.
Ryan has worked for Luke Searles Plumbing, Inc. since 2019. He took a big step to learn the plumbing trade under Brian and has soared ever since.
Ryan spends most of his work days handling service calls and small renovation projects. He has expanded our business into excavation, you may see him running our machine for these types of jobs.
When Ryan's not working he’s an avid hunter and fisherman. We are proud to have him as part of our team.
Kevin started working for our company in 2022, and having experience in excavation, we consider him the jack of all trades.
Kevin works with us part time and is still learning the plumbing trade. You’ll see Kevin riding alongside Brian as he completes his training, working his way towards becoming an outstanding plumber. When he’s not working for us you’ll find him locally spending quality time with his family.
Lindsey has been with the company since 2021, she is the office manager.
Most days she spends answering the phones, scheduling appointments and organizing day to day operations. You can usually find her in her mobile office, aka her red work truck, as she’s added parts delivery to her list of responsibilities.
Lindsey is the oldest daughter of Luke Searles, she helps keep his vision alive for our company. When she’s not working you’ll find her spending time with her family or on the back of a motorcycle.
